Step 1: Talk to us If you have a complaint, call 13 RACV (13 72 28) or visit your local RACV Retail Store to talk to our team. They will try to resolve the matter, but if they can’t you’ll be referred to a manager who will take over your complaint.

You may cancel your RACV Insurance policy using your RACV online account on racv.com.au.

If you want to change your RACV Club direct debit details, call 03 9944 8811….Here’s how to do it online:
- Login to your RACV Online Account.
- Go to the Statements & Payment History tab.
- From there, you can see which products have direct debit set up and then change your details.
Are NRMA and RACV the same?
Insurance products distributed in Victoria by RACV will be badged as RACV products, and in NSW products distributed by NRMA will be badged as NRMA products.
