The buildings are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. Location: McCarthy is the only exclusively freshman housing located in the USC Village. The bottom floor of McCarthy houses one of USC’s three dining halls.
How do I get into the capstone Scholars Program?
Our exclusive program is by invitation only. You will be selected based on your application for admission to the University of South Carolina. All accepted students who apply by the December 1 deadline are given consideration, and Capstone Scholars are usually notified of their admission into the program in early March.

What is the default meal plan at USC?
All undergraduate upperclassmen (sophomores, juniors and seniors) assigned to residence halls (dorms) and suite facilities will be assigned the default full meal plan (Cardinal Plan.)
