Is the AD900X good for gaming?
1000+ Head-Fier. I have the AD900X and I’d probably agree with most of what greyhamster said. I think for $140 they’re a very good deal, and for gaming I haven’t noticed any problems with positional accuracy or immersion. I think they’re absolutely great with movies and games and sound excellent with music.
Does Ath AD900X need an amp?
As said above, no need for an amp with the AD900x. Personally, I would save for another, upgraded headphone like an HE400S or something.
