Although dining at the Maze Gordon Ramsay was an enjoyable experience overall, the devil was in the fine details, which just didn’t fit a restaurant that once held a Michelin star. I was with a party of 3, having the “Taste of Winter” menu, and while the food was good, only a few dishes were as outstanding as you would expect from the venue.
