On 9 June 2006, the ECAA agreement was signed by almost all of the 27 EU members, the European Union itself, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Iceland, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia as well as Kosovo ( UNMIK as Kosovo representative under Security Council resolution 1244 ).
Can an ECAA dependant apply for settlement in the UK?
The guidance also covers applications from children of ECAA workers and business persons, who can apply for entry clearance to come to the UK as an ECAA dependant under the same Appendix. A person with permission on the ECAA route can apply for settlement under Appendix ECAA (now called Appendix ECAA Settlement).
